a Photovoltaic generator i made for under 150$.
Panel charges the system at .5 amps per hour.

, if you now get one or two 12 Volt ~2-3Watts LED lightbulbs for a lamp, a 12v carcable for the cellphone you can do it without the inverter an the system is realy efficient.
